About NG Complex

NG Complex is located in the Business District of Marol in Andheri (East), Mumbai.  The residential complex is owned and managed by the NG Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd.

The Society is administered by a body of office bearers (called the Managing Committee - MC) elected by the Flat Owners / Share Holders. 

The Complex comprises of Two Buildings (Building No.1 and 2) with one Wing for Building No.1 and two Wings (A Wing & B Wing) for Building No.2. All the buildings are of Ground Floor plus Twelve stories' structure with Six Flats on each Floor in Building No.1 and Four Flats each on each Floor in each Wing of Building No.2 with lifts and beautiful Terraces offering a Panoramic view of Andheri, the Queen of Mumbai Suburb.

NG Complex has a well-maintained Swimming Pool, Club House (Community Hall), Gymnasium, Garden, Jacuzzi and Public Convenience Rooms which are for the exclusive use of Members.

The MC looks after the General upkeep of the Buildings and Premises and the Welafare and Well being of the residents.  Carrying out regular Repair and Maintenance of the buildings, House Keeping, Maintenance of Garden, Lifts, Water Supply and other Utlities and payment of Utility Bills, Security etc are looked after by the MC.  MC also manages Cultutal activities, Celebration of Festivals etc..
